XANADU Onboarding and Skill Track

Guided Workflows

This onboarding track builds operational literacy for transclusion systems: provenance tracing, comparative node analysis, and reproducible publishing routines.

Trace

Locate a claim and pin it to story-level provenance.

Compare

Contrast adjacent nodes and extract shared constraints.

Operationalize

Encode the workflow as a scriptable loop with validation.

Workflow A: First Provenance Trace (10 min)

  1. Open workbench and inspect city-food-loops.
  2. Read mentions to locate exact story/line provenance.
  3. Follow one related slug into concept node.
  4. Write one actionable summary sentence tied to source lines.

Workflow B: Comparative Node Review (15 min)

  1. Inspect two nodes: city-food-loops and mutual-aid-ledgers.
  2. Compare mention density and related-node overlap.
  3. Record what is shared vs unique in operational implications.

Skill Ladder

Novice: find one node, read one provenance line, cite it correctly.
Practitioner: compare two nodes and extract a reusable route map.
Operator: run scripted workflow, generate usage report, and share guided links.
Mentor: author a new tutorial branch and validate with route/API checks.
