XANADU Onboarding and Skill Track
Guided Workflows
This onboarding track builds operational literacy for transclusion systems: provenance tracing, comparative node analysis, and reproducible publishing routines.
Trace
Locate a claim and pin it to story-level provenance.
Compare
Contrast adjacent nodes and extract shared constraints.
Operationalize
Encode the workflow as a scriptable loop with validation.
Workflow A: First Provenance Trace (10 min)
- Open workbench and inspect
city-food-loops. - Read
mentions to locate exact story/line provenance. - Follow one related slug into concept node.
- Write one actionable summary sentence tied to source lines.
Workflow B: Comparative Node Review (15 min)
- Inspect two nodes:
city-food-loops and mutual-aid-ledgers. - Compare mention density and related-node overlap.
- Record what is shared vs unique in operational implications.
Skill Ladder
Novice: find one node, read one provenance line, cite it correctly.
Practitioner: compare two nodes and extract a reusable route map.
Operator: run scripted workflow, generate usage report, and share guided links.
Mentor: author a new tutorial branch and validate with route/API checks.
